Ronald E. Budisky, age 75, of Harmony, passed away July 1, 2013, in Evergreen Nursing Center, Harmony.
Born July 10, 1937, in New Kensington, he was the son of the late Emil and Mary Hedec Budisky.
Ron was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Evans City.
He was an avid Bicyclist, doing 50 plus miles a day on his bike. He was very active in the Zelienople-Harmony baseball. He was a enthusiastic Pirate Fan.
He was a member of Tyrian Lodge #644 F&AM. He was also a member of Scottish Rite of Countersport.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Eleanor Swiklinski Budisky Oct. 1968; one daughter, one step-son, and a granddaughter.
He is survived by his wife Eilene Frishkorn Crider Budisky, whom he married May 18, 1973; one son, Daniel (Jennifer) Budisky, of Zelienople; one step son, Ronald (Tamra) Crider of Prospect; five grandchildren, Tyler, Levi, and Bella Budisky, and Aaron and Dominick Crider.
The family of Ron, will receive family and friends on Friday, July 5, from 1 to 3 and 6 to 9 P.M. at the Kinsey-Volz Funeral Home Inc. 114 West Spring Street, Zelienople PA 16063. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. from the funeral home.
Harmony lodge #429 F&AM will hold a Masonic Services Friday Evening at 5:45 P.M. at the funeral home.
