Samuel W. Hendrickson Jr., age 76, of Harmony, died Friday night in the VNA Inpatient Hospice.
Born in Ellwood City, July 1, 1937, he was the son of the late Samuel W. and Emma G. Major Hendrickson.
He was of the Protestant Faith.
Sam had worked for Kwick Fill in Barkeyville.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Triance Hendrickson, 3 grandchildren and one brother.
He is survived by two sons, Shawn, and Scott, three daughters, Lori, and Wendy, one sister whom he had made his residence, Helen (Tom) Alwine of Butler, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wed. Jan. 22, 2014, in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester at 2:00 P.M.
