Janice L. Poland Klenk, of Evans City Pa. Passed away Saturday December 5, 2015, in VNA Inpatient Hospice.

She was born in Pittsburgh on Janurary 25, 1939.

Janice retired from Passavant Health Center as a cook with 25 years of service.

She is survived by her husband Richard of Evans City, one son Richard K. (Jocelyn) Klenk of Evans City, one daughter Candee B. Klenk, of Evans City, and two granddaughters.
