R. Jean Neely Goehring, age 90 of Evans City passed away on Thursday morning, September 21, 2017 in Concordia, Fox Chapel.
Born in Warrendale, May 29, 1927 she was the daughter of the late Floyd Neely and Fannie Wile Neely Smith.
Jean was a protestant.
She loved working outdoors. Jean had a passion for butterflies and owls.
Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Merle E. Goehring on December 18, 2011.
She is survived by one daughter, Janice (Ivan) Bossler of Evans City and one son, Kenneth (Donna) Goehring of Zelienople, two brothers, Elmer Neely of Cranberry Twp. and Lewis Neely of Aliquippa, a step sister, Erma Smith of Sewickley, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Friends and relatives of R. Jean Goehring who died September 21, 2017 will be received at the A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home, 328 W. Main St., Evans City, PA. on Tuesday from noon till 1:00 P.M. Services will follow.
