Richard L. Lawler, age 80, of Zelienople, formerly of Evans City passed away Monday June 6, 2011 in Shelbourne Assisted Living, Butler. Born in Evans City, he was the son of the late Leo J. and Cora C. Owens Lawler. He was of the Catholic Faith.
Mr. Lawler retired from Pure Gas as a truck driver in Lakeland, Flordia. He was preceded in death by his wife Kathy Ritenour Lawler. He is survived by his son, Michael Lawler of Evans City, and his ex-wife Dorothy Covert Lawler of Evans City.
A gathering of friends and relatives of Richard L. Lawler, who died Monday June 6, 2011 are invited to celebrate his life at the A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home Inc., 328 West Main Street, Evans City PA 16033, on Wednesday June 8, 2011, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Burial will take place in the Evans City Cemetery
